Job Description
Objective
The Planning & Scheduling Lead is responsible for ensuring that all projects within the South America Region portfolio comply with the Capital Management Framework (CMF) and established planning & scheduling best practices. This role provides expert guidance, assurance, and oversight to support stage-gate project progression, deliver consistent high-quality reporting, and drive continuous improvement across all capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project planning and scheduling processes align with CMF standards and best practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Project Managers on planning and scheduling concepts.
- Capture, share, and benchmark best practices to optimize business processes.
- Maintain consistent and effective project planning/scheduling reporting to support strategic decision-making.
