Responsibilities

Support the execution of branch strategy and oversee day-to-day operational matters.Prepare various reports and act as the liaison with Tokyo Head Office and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.Develop presentation materials for management, seminars, and other related purposes.Provide project management and administrative support, including coordination of business trips, meetings, and various internal activities.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth communication within the branch and with Headquarters.
