Project Management
- Develops and implements strategic technical objectives to align with company goal.
For project management, it also comprises of the following:
Tender stage - provision of technical inputs as follow
- Determine construction approach, including cast in-situ and precast methodology, as well as other specific requirements.
- Defining construction method, temporary work design, machinery schedule, manpower schedule, and preliminary programme.
- Providing alternative design/proposals and value engineering solutions.
Pre-construction stage
- Lead the development of the detailed project execution plan together with the Project Director and Project Manager.
- Translate tender strategies into practical methodologies including but not limited to precast production rate, mould and shopdrawing planning, sequencing, logistics, and site erect...
