Capacity Urban is a boutique planning and development consulting firm, small by design. We limit the number of projects and clients we take on at any given time so that every file receives focused attention and every client stays informed. That model only works when the team behind it is exceptional. This role exists to strengthen our capacity to deliver on that promise. The Planning Technician / Junior Planner will take ownership of technical and administrative work across active planning and development files, allowing the Principal to stay focused on complex approvals, client relationships, and strategic advisory work. When this hire performs at its best, files move faster, clients experience fewer delays, and the quality of our work continues to rise.
