Your evaluations will ensure plans meet fire protection, life safety, and structural requirements. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity of building safety and compliance across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review plans for building permit compliance
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for construction projects
• Engage with industry stakeholders for complete reviews
• Provide technical consultation for inquiries
• Document findings in technical reports
Requirements:
• High School graduation with additional architectural education
• 4 to 8 years of regulatory environment experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
