Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Work with Plant Controller in the budget and forecast process and plant performance management and ensure the reliability, consistency and availability of plant figures for management reporting and decisions.
- Manage continuous process improvement with the plant team to leverage savings, improve service to cost, and develop process excellence mindset
- Measure and monitor end to end performance level for the specific processes within his/her scope using relevant KPIs
- Perform periodic process reviews
- Identify, implement and communicate process improvements
- Perform inventory and fixed asset control checks
- Conducts Cost, Capex and Fixed Asset, Inventory and Variance Analysis
- Perform end period closing
- Recommends new policies and procedures and revisions
