Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Brakpan, Gauteng
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Job Summary: The Plant Controller (PC) is the finance business partner to the Plant Manager providing finance and accounting leadership to the Plant Executive Committee and is responsible for managing all financial & management accounting activities of the plant. The PC is responsible for planning and coordinating the plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The PC monitors plant operations results against annual operating plans and forecast, and prepares or directs the preparation of reports used to monitor and measure performance. The PC leads the plant financial and capital budgeting process and recommends and implements programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
