Our client in Lima, OH is looking for a Plant Engineer Controls. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
Use plant monitoring software to review cycle times of machinery, review and follow up machinery project's and installations.Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other machinery problems.Update program backups for machinery.Program new installations of machinery and conveyor systems.Reprogram machinery for engineering changes and improvements. Basics:
2+ years of related controls and debug experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering. Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.Electrical Background (electrician or technician).Related experience.Siemens and Indramat servo and VFD drives.Familiarity with VFD’s, Armor starts, encoders, network/Ethernet controls. 100% onsite position.
