One of our best clients has asked for our help to recruit and hire a skilled Plant Controller to lead the Finance and Accounting Team for their operations in Tualatin, OR.
The Controller will support the Finance and Accounting function with a focus on managing the daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance and assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports. They will maintain internal controls and support financial activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Developing and maintaining internal controls, policies, and procedures.
+ Providing input, assistance and accuracy with the vendor master database in Oracle, including adding new vendors and confirming bank payment instructions.
+ Review and verification of any requests to add vendors to the vendor master database, ensuring the integrity of the vendor master.
