About the Role
Lead the Jammu manufacturing unit end‐to‐end across Production, PPC, Quality, Engineering, Utilities, Warehousing, HR/Admin, EHS, and Compliance. Deliver world‐class productivity, quality, and cost efficiency for a high‐SKU, fast‐moving food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plant Operations
Oversee complete operations: receiving, sorting, grading, roasting, seasoning, packing, and dispatch. Achieve production targets, OEE improvements, yield optimization, downtime control, and efficient changeovers. Drive daily reviews, performance dashboards, and process discipline.2.
