An Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing, mainly solar environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in developing HR strategies and managing employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
