Job Purpose
Organizational Management Setting up HC objectives, strategies, and plans to be in line with factory directions and plans; cascade down into individual objectives & KPIs.Training, developing and coaching the HC team to ensure their objective achievements.Reviewing factory structure, i.e. functional & Key roles, with HOD quarterly to ensure the right manning to cope with business growth.Handling monthly review of HC work process to be in line with factory/corporate needs i.e. recruitment.
