HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Plant Issue Resolution Engineer-Autonomous Test Fleet & Robotaxi Pre-Production to support vehicle quality, issue resolution, and build readiness across autonomous fleet and pre-production manufacturing operations.In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and production, leading the rapid containment, investigation, and resolution of issues identified during vehicle assembly and end-of-line validation. You’ll partner closely with manufacturing, design, supplier, and vehicle engineering teams to improve build quality, production efficiency, and overall fleet reliability.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, execution-focused, and experienced leading cross-functional issue resolution efforts within complex manufacturing or vehicle development environments.
