Job Description
JOB DETAILS
1) Hands on maintenance experience and troubleshooting of production equipment i.e FBE, RMG/ Saizoner, Sifter, Multimill, Compression, metal detector, capsule filling machine, Coating machine, Blister packing, Auto Cartonator, strip pack machine, checkweigher etc.
2) Experience in preventive maintenance of all production and packaging machines.
3) Good documentation and communication skills
4) Knowing about installation and commissioning of machine and equipment qualifications.
5) Knowledge of equipment qualification and PLC validation.
6) Knowledge of VFD, temperature controller, transmitters, PLC /HMI and sensors.
7) Maintain spares parts of equipment.
8) A collaborative working approach in team comprising the contactors and vendors.
