Plant Manager

Olive Recruiting is looking for a Plant Manager to support our manufacturing client in Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure quality manufacturing, efficient warehouse storage and distribution, and general business functions adhere and/or exceed company and compliance standards.



Responsibilities:

• Ensure departmental success including production, quality, maintenance, and distribution


• Manage performance on equipment installations and maintenance, including hoppers, generators, conveyors, vacuums, compressors, and other production equipment.


• Work with teams on inspections, ensuring condition and safety of equipment operation.


• Hire, train, direct and discipline personnel to achieve the most effective use of manpower and equipment.
