Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mixers, conveyors, and batch plants
- Troubleshoot plant equipment issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Optimize production processes for energy efficiency and cost savings
- Monitor KPIs and production data to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Lead plant improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Plant Manager
