Job Description
The Plant Manager will have overall responsibility for the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of an integrated poultry farm and co‑located toll processing (dressing) plant. This critical role manages the entire production cycle—from chicken handling to the final processed product—and requires expert knowledge in maintaining all industrial refrigeration and chilling systems essential for food safety and quality control in a multi‑client processing environment. The manager will drive productivity, ensure adherence to stringent food and safety standards, and lead a diverse team to achieve operational and financial goals.
