Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a fast-paced high-volume manufacturer in the recruitment of a Plant Manager.
Based in Hull, our client employs c150 dedicated professionals, they are a business which prides itself on innovation, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence and customer service.
This Plant Manager, reports directly into the Managing Director and will take the lead in managing all manufacturing operations. We are keen to speak with people that have a proven track record in managing medium to high-volume production environments whilst overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production goals, standards of quality, and a culture of continuous improvement is executed.
