Job Description
The Plant Manager will lead day-to-day operations at a flagship manufacturing facility, overseeing a team of 60+ and driving performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. This role is hands-on and highly visible, focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building a high-performing, accountable team.
Key Responsibilities
