We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the entire operations of our dairy or food processing facility in the UAE. The Plant Manager ensures efficient production, quality, safety, and profitability while managing staff, resources, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the dairy or food processing plant.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage and supervise department heads (Production, QC, Laboratory, Maintenance, and Farm Operations).
