Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Plant Manager to lead all operational activities at our 80,000 sq. ft. steel processing facility. You will be responsible for driving production excellence, ensuring 100% compliance with Canadian safety standards, and optimizing complex workflows including fabrication, welding, and machining. As a data‑driven leader, you will oversee a multi‑layered team to meet demanding production targets while maintaining strict cost controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Plan and direct daily plant operations to ensure production schedules are met with maximum efficiency and minimal waste. Manage plant labour costs and plant resourcing.
