Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role of a Plant Manager is to manage a production plant. Their permanent target is to deliver its budget commitment measured through gross margin and inventory levels.
- Set targets for the plant
- Secure foundations in the perimeter: safety of employees; adequate customer satisfaction – quality and on-time deliveries; empowered employees and workforce
- Manage P&L to drive appropriate actions with the plant management team; adapt plant resources and costs to volume variation and strategic plan perspective
- Secure new program launch preparation and contribute to business plan convergence
- Deploy FES and integrate the digital transformation in the plant
