**Position Summary:**
This key role is responsible for leading all aspects of the operations for the Seagraves Peanut processing facility. You will have a leading role in driving operational excellence and developing a high-performance team. You set and maintain ADM/Golden Peanut’s high standards for safety and quality for all departments while maintaining production and efficiency excellence. A good communicator who can nurture extraordinary interdepartmental, commercial and customer relationships will be most successful. He/she will have the ability to foster teams and leaders in identifying and sustainably solving problems.
