Summary
Seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations within its Casegoods division. This role is responsible for full plant performance, including production, safety, quality, cost control, and delivery. The position will lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with key operational metrics while managing a team and driving efficiency across manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all plant operations to meet performance targets related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory
- Collaborate with production leaders and department managers to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing outcomes using Lean principles
