Job Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Plant Manager is a key member of our Operations team and directs the daily supervision of the operation staff to ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the facility. This role applies to a fast‑paced environment with a team‑oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor an operations team of 20-30 employees including 3 supervisors
- Oversee all operation related activities in the facility yard and warehouse
- Oversee transloading of bulk chemicals in facility yard
- Oversee production and packaging of blends
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and following standard operational procedures, programs, and policies
