Job Summary
The Plant Manager holds full operational and strategic accountability for the Maple facility located at our Ammonia and Filling Plant in Maple, ON. This leadership role is responsible for driving excellence across manufacturing, safety, and financial performance while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Oversight: Direct the daily operations of the plant, including outbound delivery schedules and inbound product supply chain management.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion plant efficiencies by creating a continuous flow of operational improvements and reviewing Airgas Dashboards and KPIs.
- Infrastructure & Fleet: Oversee plant and vehicle maintenance, collaborating with the Fleet Manager to ensure asset reliability.
- Project Management: Lead capital projects from inception to completion, including estimate retention, contractor scheduling, and safety oversight.
