Overall responsibilities and duties:

  • Analyze, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.
  • Analyze customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimise data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems.
  • Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces.
  • Prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) on a monthly basis in order to obtain proper volume levels and optimise resources (men, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity).
