Plant Nursery Incharge
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Plant Nursery Incharge
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all nursery activities including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control
• Ensure the health and quality of plants, trees, and shrubs in the nursery
• Plan and monitor propagation schedules and seasonal planting programs
• Maintain inventory of plants, seeds, fertilizers, and gardening supplies
• Coordinate procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers
• Manage and train nursery staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance
• Ensure proper irrigation systems are functioning effectively
• Monitor and control pests and diseases using appropriate methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery premises
• Prepare reports on plant stock, growth status, and operational activities
