The Role:
As the Plant Planner, you will be a key member of the plant staff that drives SPQRCE performance for shop wide and shift specific performance measurements. The position has a wide range of engagement from owner to support of various processes and initiatives. The role requires a strong ability to prioritize, manage time, multi-task and independently make good judgement based on a dynamic production environment. Communication and discipline to process are key attributes required to effectively implement standardized work along with projects that drive performance.

+ Coordinates the flow and tracking of hourly manpower, including hourly and salaried workday movement
+ Coordinates and leads business plan deployment and LMS, GMS, WSS initiatives
+ Leads employee engagement and workplace of choice initiatives
