As the Plant Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations at our Rustenburg plant, including planning, organising, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of managing a plant production team.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/ Equivalent
  • Diploma in Operations/Logistics/Concrete
  • Responding to breakdowns
  • Safety and quality audits
  • Manage own time, schedule work, and
  • 6-8 years in a Plant operations environment/concrete industry/Logistics, of which 3 years
