Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily coal processing operations (crushing, screening, washing, blending) Ensure production targets and product quality specifications are met Enforce safety policies and conduct shift safety meetings Lead, coach, and support plant operators and control room staff Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime Complete shift reports and communicate plant status during handovers Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of coal or mineral processing experience. (basic coal preparation is a must) Previous supervisory or lead operator experience preferred Strong knowledge of coal processing equipment and plant systems Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and lead a team effectively Willingness to work rotating shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
