We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Assistant Plant Supervisor with a background in Mechanical Engineering to support daily operations in our nails and wire manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for assisting the Plant Supervisor in overseeing production activities, ensuring machinery efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting workforce supervision.
