Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of patient care, recognise potential complications and health‑care issues, and report to the relevant person.
- Recognise legal implications of documentation and complete accurate, legible records.
- Provide wound care appropriate to the patient’s needs and record this in line with department documentation standards.
- Plan and organise straightforward activities, plans and prioritise own workload.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, use appropriate personal protective equipment, advise others as appropriate, assess risk management and reduce risks where possible, and report using Trust incident reporting procedures.
