Plasterer – £22ph, Van & Fuel Card, Reading/Oxford area, Temp to Perm
Plasterer for domestic and social housing properties, carrying out plastering, painting, decorating, tiling and other wet‐trade duties. Daily maintenance work includes responding to tenant requests and delivering quality service.
- General day‑to‑day maintenance in domestic properties
- Plastering, painting & decorating, tiling, and all wet‑trade duties
- Good customer service – meeting and greeting tenants
- Use of a PDA for reporting and communication
- Van fuel card provided
- Optional overtime and call‑out rates

Qualifications
Minimum experience and skill set includes:
- Plasterer or multi‑trade wet‑trade operative
- Tiler, painter, maintenance operative or multi‑skilled operative
- Carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist or plumber (multi‑trade)
