We are recruiting an experienced Injection Moulding Machine Setter for a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, process optimisation, and supporting production output to meet quality and delivery targets. This role requires strong technical ability, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced production environment.

Requirements
- Plastic Federation Injection Moulding Machine Setting Certificate (NQF L4 or similar)
- Minimum 3 years experience setting injection moulding machines
- Previous experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Exposure to process optimisation and production troubleshooting
- Experience supervising or guiding production staff on shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
