Job duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule work activities of our manufacturing technicians and other production staff;
- Ensure that manufactured LounGenie products are meeting company quality standards
- Train or arrange training for current and new production staff
- Recommend personnel actions;
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Establish methods to ensure that staff meet quality and production targets
- Requisition materials and supplies;
- Prepare production reports; and
- Other duties as required
