Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains plate-making equipment in accordance with standard procedures.
- Assists the Platemaker in various plate-making procedures and activities.
- Reports directly to the Immediate Superior regarding printing plates that need to be processed.
- Resizes digital artwork according to the specified layout requirements.
- Utilizes digital design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent applications.
- Prepares photo prints for presentation to customers as an inspection reference guide.
- Ensures cost efficiency by minimizing rejected printing plates due to incorrect specifications and preventing customer complaints related to printing plate errors.
- Inspects processed plates in accordance with standard work instructions.
