Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mixing and maintaining all solutions and correct processing temperatures Regulating current input and plating time to obtain desired thickness of plate Understanding and working from formulas and specifications Performing all plating and related tasks to work pieces processed in the plating area Processing parts through a series of vats to anodize, nickel chemical de-burring, penetrate, and chrome plate, passivation, pickle and strip; always following instructions and directions from supervisor and team leads Mixing and loading chemical solutions to replenish treatment tanks Loading and unloading parts from a variety of plating and treatment equipment Dismantling and reassembling parts to aid in treatments Notifying designated individual or supervisor of any operating irregularities, machine malfunctions or anticipated supply needs or shortages Monitoring, training and overseeing less qualifie...
