Willdan Lighting & Electric, a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking a Platform and Systems Lead. The Platform and Systems Lead is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for overseeing all digital infrastructure for the NYC Program. This includes leading the design, buildout, and integration of the Salesforce CRM, public-facing website, learning management system (LMS), and a comprehensive portal for building owners and contractors. The role bridges technology, operations, and user experience-ensuring that all platforms are aligned, intuitive, and scalable to support Local Law 97 compliance, equitable access, and market transformation. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Salesforce implementation, system integration, digital user experience, and vendor oversight-alongside a collaborative, equity-driven mindset.
