What’s the role?

As a Platform Engineer Integration, you will support and evolve the enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform, ensuring secure, reliable, and high‑performing file transfer services across distributed environments. You will design, deploy, and maintain key platform components such as IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Secure Proxy, while managing protocols including SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS. The role also involves troubleshooting complex integration, connectivity, and authentication issues across Linux and Windows systems, as well as proactively monitoring performance to resolve incidents and optimise platform stability.
