Responsibilities
- Safeguard the endpoint platform stability, security, and performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to global and local endpoint platform projects by evaluating new requirements and technical solutions.
- Oversee daily operations, manage incidents, and deliver Business as Usual (BAU) tasks within the Workplace area.
- Participate in follow-up meetings, escalate issues locally, and resolve challenges effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of Level 2 workplace technicians, acting as their technical expert and point of reference.
