Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Targetsetting• Time–Define & Monitor Milestones by aligning all delivery heads –Resource Mapping with Ramp up / Ramp down based on work contentExecution• Coordinate and Finalize inputs with Finance for ensuring Business Case readiness in terms of model-mix variants, Project & target Cost, nonfinancial assumptions and risks• Monitor & Control Business Case during product development • Monitor overall project timelines (incl. component/system level) and escalate in case of potential foreseen risks• Integrate delivery of all functions by–Ensuring Milestone adherence–Completion of deliverables for straight pass Gateway Clearance–Risk identification and escalation to CPH.
