What you’ll be doing

As a Platform & Retouch Specialist, you will play a key role in managing Avon’s global imaging operations, ensuring all visual assets are delivered with precision, consistency, and quality. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day retouching activities, maintain technical standards, and ensure our imagery reflects Avon’s brand across all markets. Working closely with creative and technical teams, you’ll optimise workflows, manage digital assets, and support innovation through the use of advanced tools, including AI and automation, to enhance efficiency and output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day to day retouching of global master assets including colour correction, product cleanup, skin retouching, compositing, consistency balancing, and final file preparation.
• Maintain global retouching standards, technical QC guidelines, colour workflows, and image accuracy benchmarks across all markets.
