Cleanaway is the largest waste management company in Australia providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities, and government agencies. The platinum centre at Cleanaway supports our national accounts and an entire portfolio of our largest customers. Responsibilities will include:
- Customer relationship management through the use of a combination of practices and strategies to ensure improved relationships, retention, contractual obligations and sales growth is achieved;
- Management of customer service requests in the Cleanaway Sales Force (CRM) system;
- Ensure first call resolution best practice is achieved to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction;
