Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise playground activities with young people during breaks and lunchtimes.
- Work under the guidance of teachers and pastoral staff to help students overcome barriers to learning, supporting them both in class and one‑to‑one.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate young people.
- Enthusiasm and flexibility to work with students aged 11-16 years with a range of individual needs, including those with challenging behaviour.
- Excellent standard of English (both written and oral).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
