Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Automotive, or IT (NQF 6)
- Trade Test — non-negotiable
- Siemens and Allen Bradley programming experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical or Electronic Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on PLC and robot programming experience
- Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is an advantage
- Computer literate (MS Office)
DUTIES
- You'll handle planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across the factory floor —
- diagnosing faults,
- repairing equipment,
- making sure every job card is closed properly.
- You'll work with PLCs and robots,
- conduct root cause analysis on recurring problems, and
- support production with ad hoc electrical technical assistance as needed. <...
