We are seeking a Full Time Plumber to join our Maintenance Team in North Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Team to complete all water and gas works across company-managed commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints to assess and plan plumbing installations and layouts
- Install, maintain, repair, inspect, and test plumbing systems, fixtures, and household appliances in compliance with national standards
- Communicate regularly with the Estate Manager, Maintenance Team, and Property Managers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report preventative maintenance and utilities system issues, including responding to emergency call-outs when required.
