Provide maintenance and preventive maintenance to the buildings, equipment and grounds to provide a safe and healthful environment. Primary focus of plumbing. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, HVAC, equipment maintenance, building maintenance and safety testing).
