Key Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled inspections, PPM and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment. Diagnose faults, dismantle systems, replace defective components and complete repairs to restore full operation. Maintain and repair complex plumbing systems including water and drainage systems, sprinklers, washers, steam cleaning equipment, compressors and hydraulic lifts.
