Plumbing Foreman
The Plumbing Foreman provides senior-level technical leadership and field oversight for commercial plumbing service technicians. This position supports the Plumbing Service Manager and Plumbing Service Project Managers by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of plumbing service, repair, and small project work. The Foreman performs above the Journeyman level and serves as the primary technical resource for the field team.
Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site training to plumbing service technicians.
Support the Plumbing Service Manager and Project Managers in executing service work and small projects safely, on schedule, and within labor targets.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex plumbing service and repair issues.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with plumbing codes, company standards, and customer requirements.
